限界に挑む

こんばんは、しなえです。

今、限界に挑戦中。

というか、自分の本当の限界って、どこなのか。

KUNIがオープンしてすぐの頃。
休みもろくにとらず昼から深夜、朝もあけようかという時間まで、店に泊まり込む勢いで働いてた頃。
思い返しても我ながらよくやったとは思う。
が。

「もう一回やれって言われてもできないね〜」

…本当にそうか？
本当にあれが限界か？
仕事量は確かに多かったけど。もっとやれたんじゃないのか？

というわけで、挑戦中。
良いスタッフが揃い、休みもとれる。それに甘えていた自分に鞭打って、自分で自分を追い込む。
やらないかんことは、なんぼでもあるのです。
仕事だけじゃなくリフレッシュのための予定も詰めこんで、安定した精神でどんだけ働けるか。

さあ、限界はどこかな？

    人間眠くなった時が限界ですね。
    昔は３０日間連続出勤とか、１０日間連続接待とか、よくできたもんだ。
    遅くまでがんばって書類作っても、次の日見たら、
    「何でこんなこと書いたんだろ？」ってなるのがオチなので、
    気にせず早く帰るようにしました。

    残業とは仕事を残すことなり。

    明日できることは今日するな！

    私の場合、寝不足がつづくとうまく言葉がでてこなくなります。片言の日本語になり、よけいに中国人と間違われます(^^;)

    休憩や睡眠を確保しつつ、いかに効率よく仕事を詰めれるか、がポイントですね。

    若い時は自分のキャパの１．５倍位働くのもありかなと思います。

    仕事のハードルって越える度に高くなっていきますが、その度にスキルアップしていきますよね。負荷をかけるのも重要なんでしょうね。
    若い時にしかできない仕事ってあります。ガンガン追い込じゃってください。

    ただし、マネージャの
