こんばんは^_^
朝夜だいぶん寒くなってきましたね(((o(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)o)))
寒くなってきたので秋物の服だしてきて着てみるとズボンがウエストがグスグスになってましたｖ（＾＿＾ｖ）♪
どれだけ以前ウエストにお肉が身が付いてたかわかります〜(°_°)
ほんと考えるだけで怖いです(･_･;
これからはカロリー考えながら気を付けて食べていきたいです(((o(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)o)))
