是非に及ばす

最近、めっきり早寝です。

夜9時半に寝て、朝3時半～4時半に自然に目が覚めます。　　“自然に”がポイントです。

私の場合、現実逃避したいとき   とりあえず睡魔に襲われるらしく、そこから私の早寝生活が始まりました。

ストレスも寝て、修復。    

早く寝ると　まぁ、気持ちいい。 そして健康的な自分大好き!　早寝が続くと　肌も37歳(あっ、・・)　にしては、そこそこええ感じに頑張ってると思います。

夏なら5時半に栗林公園で散歩。早朝にしか発せられない森林のパワーを全部吸収します。　

でも多分、私の起床時間は、KUNIスタッフの仕事終了時間なんやなぁ・・・

みなさんお疲れさまです!

そして今日もこれから頑張ってください。　私は寝ます。
