ただいまです(^o^)

無事皆で研修から帰って
来ました('_-)◇

私は今回の研修で、接客の
良い面、良くない面について
考えさせられました。

まだまだ色々できるなと(x_x)

後はスタッフ同士でディスカッションをしました(^o^)
ある項目について話合って、
共通認識を取るというものです。
…難しいです(-_-;やはり育ってきた環境も違うので、考え方、価値観も違うので、それを話し合って共通にするとゆうのは(@_@)

でもこの話し合いをすることで
伝える難しさと、前よりもっと
相手の事を知る事ができました('_-)◇

あ〜色々深い深い(´Д`)
まだまだです(x_x)

今回学んだ事を少しでも
生かせるように頑張りますので、よろしくお願い致します[兎]

ちなみに私のオーラの色は
琥珀色でした(゜▽゜)

    世の中色んな所で共通認識は大切ですよね。テレビでもキーワードとしてよくでます[猫]

    私自身共通認識をさせないといけない立場になる事がありますが、結構自分の考えを押し付ける感じになりがちで周りの意見を組んだ共通認識を作れない事がありよく反省します。直さなきゃ(^_^;

    うっちぃのオーラの色は琥珀かぁ。そばにいる人を暖かく明るい雰囲気にしそうだね(^_^)高松にもあるようなのでその内私も撮ろう[カメラ]
