沖縄とうがらし

料理が上手ではない。
努力して上達するという種類のものではなく、センスの問題だと思っている。
だから手間暇かけるのは、時間と労力のムダ！とわりきり普段はあまりしない。
そんなわたくしも一応調味料にはこだわりをもつ。
調味料といっても水炊きのお供ぽん酢や、焼き物炒め物の塩の事だったりするのだけど………
味付けのセンスが得にやばめのわたくしは、つけたりかけたりの調味料に頼ることにしています。
流行りの『食べるラー油』も押さえておかねばと買いに行ったものの、いまだに品薄状態だった。
せっかくなので『沖縄とうがらし』というのをかわりに買ってきました。
泡盛に沖縄の唐辛子をまるごと漬けこんだ液状のもので私は一味のかわりに使うようにしているのだけれど、これが超激辛、激うまだった。
透明なのでうっかり使い過ぎると舌がピリピリ痛くなるような辛さ。
今のところ私の中では辛度合がハバネロをも抜いて最高だと思います。

そんなこんなで12月。
寒さも日々厳しくなって参りますが、辛メシでお体を温めて乗り切ってくださいまし(^O^)／

  1. 食べるラー油は家で食べた事がありますが、少量でも辛味は効きますね。美味しかったです。
    沖縄唐辛子の調味料は知らなかったです。程よい辛さならいけるかなぁ。
    おかずが無い時に使えそうですね。特に大学生とか(≧∀≦)栄養が偏りますが…
