ご飯

私はご飯が好き。
パンも嫌いではないけど、あれは私にとっては食後のデザート。
銀シャリのシャリとは、舎利と書いてお釈迦様の骨の事。
お釈迦様が亡くなられた後、そのお骨を世界中に分骨することになったが、何しろ全ての国に配るとなると細かく砕かないといけなかったようでその様が米に似ていたからだという。←ありがとう浜村淳より。
まぁそんな事はよいのだけれど、私はありがたくいただいておる。
そのありがたいご飯の食べ方で今日教えてもらったのが、卵かけご飯。
普通の卵かけご飯じゃなく、卵黄だけを取り出してお醤油にしばらくつけておく。
時間がたった黄身をご飯の上に乗せて出来上がり。
考えただけでもうまそうだけど、余った白身はどうしたらよいのじゃろ？

    卵かけはごはんの最高級な食べ方だと思います。ただ私は白身も欲しい･･･

  2. 卵かけご飯は毎朝の習慣だけど、そんな贅沢な食べ方はしないなぁ！
    白身は勿体無いからスープにでも混ぜたら美味しいと思うよ！

    雑学でゆうとったん？
    じゃあゆで卵とインスタントラーメンの粉末スープを一緒にビニールにいれて振ると味付け卵になるのも言ってましたか？
    それも教えてもらったんやけど、スープがなくなったら残った麺はどうすればえんやろぅ(・・?)

    でもご飯には味噌汁!!
    私は煮詰まって塩辛くなった味噌汁も好きなんや(^.^)b

    残った麺は味噌汁の具にするとかwww
    味噌汁に白身を入れても良いのでは？

    ゆでたまごの殻を割らずに濃いめの食塩水に浸して一昼夜。
    塩あじのゆでたまごが完成！
    お弁当にどうぞ。

    塩水でつけとくだけで出来るんかと一瞬思いました。
