今までダンスやバレエ、エアロしかしなかった私が今ようやくヨガの大切さに気づきました。

ダンスをする際に、必ず基礎になるバレエ。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　                                　　　　　バレエ無くしてダンスの基礎は有り得ないと思ってましたが、実はヨガ無くしてバレエは有り得なかったのです。

別にダンスをしなくとも、ヨガは呼吸法と瞑想があるので　精神状態を一定に保つのに　とっても役に立ちます。

いわば、大きな器の人間作り・・というのでしょうか。

Yogaは、チャンティングといって、マントラ(仏教でいうならお経?)　をレッスンの始めと終わりに唱えるのですが、自分のブログで始めのマントラを紹介したので　ここでは「終わりのマントラ」をご紹介します。

このマントラには、次のような意味があります。
「この世のリーダー達が、法と正義をもって世を治め、何世代にもわたる人類の繁栄を守り続け、そして
世の全ての人に幸と栄えが永遠にあらんことを祈ります。　オーム　平和　平和　平和」
 

アシュタンガヨガの創始者、パタビ・ジョイス氏の唱えるこのマントラ。
 
個人的にはとても気持ちの落ち着く響きだと思います。
「世界中に幸せあれ」といった感じですね。
 
一番最後のシャーンティ～　と唱えるとこが可愛い響きでなんとも。
