こんばんは、しなえです。

KUNIがオープンして一年程になります。

開店間もなく来られた方には、きっと不慣れな部分が目立ったことでしょう。

「最高のおもてなし」を目指しつつも、皆、仕事をこなすのに精一杯でした。

現在。
KUNIは、「お客様をお迎えする」ということが当たり前にできる店になった、と感じています。

おもてなしの心は、自然なものとして一人ひとりの中にあり、皆その上で、もっとお客様に喜んで頂くにはどうすれば良いかを真剣に考えています。

店もスタッフも、少しずつ成長を続けることができ、無事、一年がたちました。

それも、お客様があればこそ。
皆様のお蔭でいまのKUNIはあります。
ありがとうございます。
これからも、どうぞ宜しくお付き合い頂けますように。

ちなみに、一年前の私。

…よくぞ生きてた!!と言いたい。

いやホントに、なんやかんやあって大変でした。
もし今、あの時に戻るならば、同じ道は100％選びません。

しかし、
選ばない場合たどり着くであろう未来。
選んだ結果としての現在。

…まー想像して比べられるようなもんでもないか。

今が最高!!です[チョキ]

    前に書いたかもしれませんが、今のスタッフは一家族みたい
    で一致団結している感じがします(^^)いつも暖かく迎えて
    頂いてありがとうございます。
