先日、自分のブログにも書いたのですが、　催眠術を鏡に向かって自分にかけたら　誰が解くの?

だって、かかってる事すら誰も気づいてくれないし。

という勝手な疑問に追加して、今日はうちの患者さんと夢遊病の人の話題がでたので　ふと思いましたが、夢遊病の人が今まで事件を犯したってのは聞いた事ないなぁ・・・

事件がおきて、取調べ室で　「私、夢遊病だし」　なんて事で済まされるわきゃない。

夢遊病はどうやったら治るのか、まだ解明されてないみたいです。

ただ、彷徨ってるうちは、深い眠りに入ってる状態だから起こしてはいけないそうです。

私も小学生・中学生くらいの時は、ちょくちょく彷徨ってたらしいのですが、大人になるにつれて全くないですね。

夢遊病の間に、確定申告も全部終わってたらいいのになぁ・・・

    不思議ですね。眠っているとき脳は記憶を整理して
    いるというのを聞いた事がありますが、もしかして
    現実と夢の違いが分からなくなるんでしょうかね？

    自分にかけた催眠術の解き方に関してふと思いつき
    ましたが事前に「自分に○○の催眠をかけました」と
    いったメモでも作っておけば良いのでは？後で見て
    自分で催眠を解くとか・・・映画「博士の愛した数式」
    の応用ですが・・・。根本的解決ではないか(・_・)
