こんばんは。
高松より１、２℃気温が低いんじゃないかという山の中からまいりました、しなえです。

今日は雨で寒いですね。

確か去年ブログで五本指ソックスのことを書いた気がします。

今年もまた、足先が冷える。
一年ぶん、さらにパワーアップしたような…。

足の冷えは心身の不調の元！ということで、部屋用にモコモコ靴下を買いました。
モコモコでしかも五本指。
最強です。
はいて寝てると、温い。を通り越して、あつい！？

暖房をつかわずエコ生活。
湯タンポもいいなあ。

  14. I make sure to drink about 4 ounces a week, I will begin my week with around two and then transition on to many other groups. I like to think the the quality is the most important.
