リラックスと逆ダイエット

夏場はシャワーで済ませられるのだけど、寒くなって来たのでたまにはと休みの日に湯船に浸かりました。
気分を出してバスソルトを入れて入浴。
死海の塩で結構えーやつ(^ .^)y-~~~
これがまた、アロマの一日体験セミナーに行って自分で作ったやつなので自己満にも浸りながら(^皿^)
お手製といっても、市販のバスソルトに好きな香のアロマオイルを入れて、カラージェルと言う専用の液で色付けしただけなんだけど(;^_^A
このセミナー、講師はなんと水ちゃん。
久々に会ったけれど相変わらずスカッ！として宝塚トップスターのような雰囲気でしたわ。

ストレス解消にはのんびりとした時間を作って、キラキラとしたものでもみてぼんやりするのが一番やわ〜などと考えながらじっとしたまま湯船に浸かっていたら、顔から大量の汗が流れてきた。
これはバスソルトのせいなのか、それとも普段慌ただし過ぎてとても風呂にゆっくりと、てな場合ではないから気が付かなかっただけなのかわからないけれど、まさに岩盤浴やサウナに入っている感じになります。
だけどどうしたもんか？
体から老廃物を出しましょうと言う意味でなら使えるけど、私は今、も少し太りたいと思っているので………
食べる事は大好きなので、それ以外で快適に、リラックスしつつ、健康的にふっくらと出来る方法を探さなくては！！

    お久しぶりです。
    そちらは異常ないですか？
    ビールを毎日飲んでいたら、たべずとも7キロぐらいは太れるけども………

    また近々お越し下さいな。
    今くにのBGMでYEBISUビールのコマーシャルソングが流れています。

    今日は高松出張ですが、日帰りなんです〜
    例のグルグル巻きの謎が解けたので、また話に行きたいですね！

    それにしてもビールだけで７キロも…
    それって、ポッコリ下腹が出るヤツじゃ…… (￣□￣;)!!

    エビスビール旨いですよね！私は専らキリンビールですが！！

    お手製のバスソルト・・・いいですなぁ☆
    私はMr.カラスの行水なので、ほぼ一年中シャワーなのです(>_<)
    お湯に浸かる時なんて、年中行事の柚子入れる日か、コッソリ温泉に行った時なのですが、自分流のバスソルトなんか作ったら、毎日浴槽にお湯張ってしまうでしょうね♪
    それはそうと、健康的にふっくらとなる秘訣を調べてみました(=゜ω゜)ﾉ
    実は・・・
    て、また『くに』さんに寄せて頂いた時に、お話致します(^^ゞ

    キリンだけあって、ビールもキリン派なのですね。
    てゆうかYEBISUってもともとキリンビールだったかな？キリンビールの工場が恵比寿にできてそれでYEBISUやったような………きっと……たぶん……わからんけど
    慣れない土地ですが、ぼちぼちがんばってくださいな☆ヽ(▽⌒*)

    まあまあ・・・そんな気負わずず、ボチボチやってみて下さいまし☆
    運動とかが苦手なら、まずは、家事の回数増やすとかでもいいらしいですよ(=゜ω゜)ﾉ
    例えば、掃除機かけるのでも、一回でやってた範囲を朝・夕の二回に分けるとか。
    実際範囲が変わらず、あんまり意味がないよーですが、体を動かす回数が増えるってんでいいらしいですよo(^o^)o
    工夫１つで、やり方はいろいろ☆
    ガンバって下さいな♪
