こんばんは。

先日誕生日を迎えたしなえです。

祝ってくださった皆さま、ありがとうございます(*_*)
こんなにも沢山の方に愛されてる(言い過ぎ？)と感じた誕生日はなかったです◇

有難いことです。

正直、もったいないと思います。

みんな過大評価しすぎ。
私はそんな大したもんじゃないですよ;;と。

でもそんなふうに想われ、支えられてるからには、大したもんにならねば！と決意を新たに致しました=3

とりあえず、ひとつ歳をとった私のテーマ。

「笑う」。

そして、「もう３０手前なんだからっ！」

３０手前。
言い訳のきかない歳です。
感情や勢いだけで動いてちゃいけない歳です。
感情に呑まれそうになった時、どうすればいいか。

笑っちゃえばいいんですw

さあ、笑おう。

    先日も笑顔と丁寧な施術と会話ですっかり癒されました。

    いつも笑顔で頑張っておられるしなえさんを見てると皆さんが過大評価しているとは全然思えません。
