献血といえば数年前、友人３人と連れ立って、どきどきワクワクしながら途中で観るDVDもばっちり選んで(『すべらない話』)、
にも関わらず３人とも却下されたという苦い思い出が…。それ以来行ってません。

それはさておき。
AROMAコースで選んでいただく香りに、スパイシー系も新たに加えよう！ということになり、何種類かサンプルとして取り寄せてみました[電球]

私はスパイシー系、けっこう好きなのです。

香りに関しては、一番好きなのはコレ！というのが特に無くその時その時で「今日はコレの気分♪」と楽しんでいる私ですが、
アロマにしても香水にしても、選ぶものにはいつもスパイシー系の香りが入っていることが多い。(あと、お香っぽいのも好き)

しかし私は好きだけど、ちょっとクセのある香りが多いから好き嫌いが分かれるだろうな…

ということで、ただ今スタッフ間で人気投票中です[電球]

「どんな香り？」と興味を持たれた方は、スタッフにお申しつけ下さい。ひと足お先にお試し頂けます(^_^)

私のオススメは、単品使いよりはイランイランなどの甘めの香りに少量ブレンドすると、いい感じになるんじゃないかな〜と♪

疲労時にはピリッとしたアクセントがハマるかも？

    スタッフそれぞれを香りに例えたら…とか考えると楽しそうですね！
    イメージぴったりの香りを使うと相乗効果が！みたいな^^.^^

    ちなみに今、マックの「ディアボロ」を食べてます。
    スパイシーです(笑)

    アロマコースってリラックスが主なのでしょうか？

    私が書くのもなんですが、アロマオイルは沢山
    種類があってその人の体調に合わせて選択する
    事が出来ます。ほぐしに合わせて使ってオイルを
    体にしみこませることでより一層体の解毒効果が
    向上したり疲れが軽くなりやすくなります。
    おっしゃる通り精神的にも効きます。

    要は心身ともに疲れを取るというのがアロマ
    コースですね。
