おはようございます[晴れ](^^)
皆様レッグマジックご存知でしょうか??
最近よく通販の番組で紹介されている物なのですが(ﾟoﾟ)?

足を横に開いて、閉じる
運動マシーンです(-.-)60秒を3セットするだけで[OK][OK]足が引き締まり、ヒップアップ効果、ウエストまで引き締まるとゆうすぐれもの(^◇^)ﾜﾗ

前から欲しいと思っていて、姉に一緒に買う買わないの相談をしたり、妹とドン・キホーテで本当に効くのかな?と行くたび体験してみたり;;
結局話しは流れたのですが…

昨日家に帰って顔を洗っていると、流しのところに見慣れない真っ赤なヘアバンドがありまして、まぁだれかが顔を洗う時に使うのだろうと思っていたら
｢それ、わしのじゃ。運動するときのために買ったんや。｣
と父が言ってきて、嬉しそうにレッグマジックを注文したと報告してきました(^o^)
お父さんナイスｯ('_-)[OK]

｢マジで!?うちら皆欲しかったんやでぇ◇｣

と言うと
｢お母さんには、怒られた…｣と言ってました(^_^;

余り使わないで終わる可能性もありますが、4人もいたらだれかは続けるかな?

それが今日届くので、これから毎日トレーニングして下半身を鍛えます。
続けられたら良いのですが(ﾟ-ﾟ)
